It is one part<br \/>\nof a broader family of Community Bank programs &mdash; alongside Food Bank,<br \/>\nCare\/Health Bank, and Energy Bank &mdash; each built to address a different<br \/>\nkind of community need through shared, governed coordination.<\/p>\n<p>The Time Bank program is currently in active, governed development. Before<br \/>\nany request-matching, exchange, or public service goes live, the program<br \/>\nrequires a defined intake and consent process, a human review step for every<br \/>\nrequest, and an approved evidence and safeguards framework.
