時間銀行和知識共享：鏈接到知識管理 (Time Banks and Knowledge Sharing: Link to the Knowledge Management)

早在1990’s的博士研究 “社區/群資源規劃“創新理論化與建模 (refer to Community Resources Plan, CRP, Invention Patent CN1378164A (陳仁虔) at https://patents.google.com/patent/CN1378164A/en)

，就已經 Theorizing and Modeling: A Spanning or Spiral Model (螺旋模型) Learning Process, across the Social Units, among Individual Learning to Learning Individual, Group Learning to Learning Group, Organization Learning to Learning Organization, and Community Learning and Learning Community。 (理論化和建模：跨社會單位的跨度或螺旋模型（螺旋模型）學習過程，包括從個人學習到學習型個人，從小組學習到學習型小組，從組織學習到學習型組織以及社區學習和學習型社區。)

近20年後，這CRP中間的 Missing Link，筆者認為即是”時間銀行”(TimeBanking)在社會資本 (Social Capital) 的”數位群聚”應用，例如: 在資產為本的社區/群發展模式 (Asset-based community development, ABCD)即有時間銀行系統為必備工具。也因此，特別在 “白石時間銀行社群雲”公開勸募”活動!” 當中，計劃將勸募財務所得的 30% 分配在 “教育文化事業” 項目。而其中，STEAM fields (Science, Technology, Engineering, Arts and Maths)，而不只是 STEM，更應是最重要的應用項目。
